Strictly contemporary in approach to its design, Latitude presents to street as a composition of irregular forms broken into distinctive podium and tower forms. Anchoring the building into Agnes Street the podium brings a human scale to Latitude’s street level interface with extended balconies and cantilevered awnings opening external and internal spaces to the frontage.

An irregular expression horizontal and vertical elements developed in the podium continue throughout the tower creating opportunity for double height spaces and give a sense of lightness to the overall aesthetic. Countering these otherwise slender lines, a monolithic corner element of perforated aluminium balustrades marks the buildings presence within the Breakfast Creek precinct distinguishing Latitude from its neighbours.
