Located between Pacific Fair and Jupiter’s Casino in Broadbeach and walking distance to Gold Coast’s new light rail network, Spice brings 57 affordable waterfront apartments over 7 levels. Coastal living is reflected from entry with an outdoor lounge taking the place of the typical foyer and giving direct access to the Canal side pool. The recessed balconies break up the building, creating a series of vertical forms with articulated blade wall and solar screening.
